Ticket notice

Children under 6 years of age are not permitted to enter; those 6 and older require a ticket. Identity verification may be conducted at the entrance or within the seating area. You must carry a valid, original form of identification (photocopies are not accepted). Tickets will be printed with the attendee's name; please ensure that tickets are requested and purchased using the actual attendee's name. Tickets cannot be reissued. Except in the event of a postponement or cancellation of the performance, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be permitted. Please note that the opening/start times, program content, performers, supporting acts (if applicable), and details of VIP packages are subject to change; such changes do not qualify for ticket refunds. Depending on the seat location, views may be partially obstructed, and some seats may offer limited visibility of the stage. Due to the venue's layout or other factors, it may occasionally be difficult to see the performance, the stage, or the performers. Re-entry is not permitted. Please be aware that footage or photographs taken inside the venue—which may include the audience—may be made public. Guests arriving in wheelchairs (including their companions) are requested to contact the inquiry desk in advance after purchasing their tickets. The designated wheelchair-accessible viewing area for this performance is located within the "SS Reserved Seat" and "S Reserved Seat" sections. Please purchase tickets for either the "SS Reserved Seat" or "S Reserved Seat" category (this applies to companions as well). You will be guided to the area corresponding to the ticket category you have purchased.
