Ticket notice

[Prohibition of Unauthorized Ticket Resale and Other Important Notices] Before applying, please be sure to read all the details provided for the specific application channel you are using. By submitting an application, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions. <General Terms> ・Children under 4 years of age are not permitted to enter; a ticket is required for anyone aged 4 or older. ・Tickets must be purchased by the person who will actually attend the performance. To prevent issues and unauthorized resale, applications made on behalf of others are strictly prohibited. ・Attendees using a wheelchair will be directed to a designated wheelchair-accessible viewing area. As these areas (in both halls and arenas) are equivalent to "S-seat" (premium seat) status, please ensure you purchase an "S-seat" ticket. Accompanying guests also require a ticket. Once your ticket is confirmed, please contact the inquiry desk for the specific performance. Please note that space in the wheelchair-accessible area is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests. ・If any ticket for this performance is found to be listed on auction sites, ticket resale platforms, flea markets, or social media, it will be rendered invalid. Buying or selling tickets through unofficial channels, or reselling/transferring them to third parties, is strictly prohibited. Entry will be denied to anyone attempting to use a resold ticket, and no refunds will be provided. ・Changes or cancellations to your application are not permitted once the application period has ended. If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, those who purchased via "B’z TICKET" may use the "B’z TICKET" resale service. Please be aware that listing a ticket for resale does not guarantee that it will be sold. (Note: The official ticket resale service "Ticket-Tre," operated by music industry organizations, concluded its operations at the end of June 2025. Furthermore, please be advised that this performance is not eligible for the resale services offered by general ticket agencies.) - Tickets will be printed with the name of the purchaser (tickets for accompanying guests will be printed with the guest's name; for purchases made via B’z TICKET, digital tickets will be issued). For security reasons, all attendees are requested to carry an official form of identification. Please note that identity verification may be conducted to prevent the resale of tickets. - While specific seats are pre-assigned, the exact seat numbers will be provided at the time of entry. - If multiple tickets are purchased, seats may be arranged one behind the other or separated by an aisle. - Depending on the seat location, you may be required to remain seated throughout the performance. Please be aware of this in advance. - We cannot respond to any inquiries regarding seat locations or reference numbers. - In the event that a concert is cancelled or postponed for any reason, any refunds for ticket purchases will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective ticket vendor. Please check the specific refund policies and procedures with the vendor you used for your purchase. - Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue. If discovered by staff, you will be required to delete the data and leave the venue. - Failure to follow the instructions or guidelines provided by venue staff may result in your entry being denied or your removal from the venue. - Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.
