If you wish to apply for tickets, please ensure you have read all the application details provided by the respective ticket issuer before submitting your request. By completing an application, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions. <Important Notes> ・Children under 4 years of age are not permitted to enter; a ticket is required for anyone aged 4 or older. ・Applications for performance tickets must be made by the person who will actually attend. To prevent issues and unauthorized reselling, applications made on behalf of others are prohibited. ・Attendees using a wheelchair will be directed to a designated wheelchair-accessible viewing area. As these areas (in both halls and arenas) are equivalent to "S-seat" category, please ensure you apply for an "S-seat" ticket. Accompanying guests also require a ticket. Once your ticket application is successful, please contact the inquiry desk for the specific performance. Please note that space in the wheelchair-accessible area is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests. ・If any ticket for this performance is found to be listed on auction sites, ticket resale platforms, flea market sites, or social media, that ticket will be rendered invalid. Buying or selling tickets outside of authorized channels, or reselling/transferring them to third parties, is strictly prohibited. Entry will be denied to anyone attempting to use a resold ticket, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. ・Once the application period has ended, it is not possible to change or cancel your application. If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please use the "B'z TICKET" resale service (if you purchased your ticket through B'z TICKET). Please be aware that listing a ticket for resale does not guarantee that it will be sold. (Note: The official ticket resale service "Chiketore," operated by music industry organizations, concluded its operations at the end of June 2025. Furthermore, please be advised that this performance is not eligible for resale services offered by general ticket agencies.) - Tickets will be printed with the name of the purchaser (tickets for accompanying guests will be printed with the guest's name; for purchases made via "B'z TICKET," the tickets will be digital). For security reasons, all attendees are requested to carry an official form of identification. Please note that identity verification may be conducted to prevent ticket resale. - While your assigned seat is predetermined, the specific seat number will be provided at the time of entry. - If you purchase multiple tickets, your seats may be arranged one behind the other or separated by an aisle. - Depending on the seat location, you may be required to remain seated throughout the performance. Please be aware of this in advance. - We cannot respond to any inquiries regarding seat locations or reference/management numbers. - In the event that a concert is cancelled or postponed for any reason, any ticket refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective ticket vendor.
